Groups for survivors of human trafficking
We all have dreams and hopes for the future. For survivors of Human Trafficking, it can be challenging to see a path forward. Path Found is a program that fosters a sense of belonging and encourages survivors as they rebuild their lives.
It’s easy to become a member - simply complete this short intake form and you will then be contacted by a case manager. Once you become a member, you can then register to attend any of our Path Found groups.
Path Found provides the following to support you along the way;
Space to (re)discover dreams and goals
Survivor-led groups on a variety of topics
A community of peers and leaders that will encourage you
Opportunities to explore how to use your lived experience in positive ways
Connections to resources
From now until the end of March, we have a group on Friday’s from noon to 2 PM.
