Path Found

A program for survivors of human trafficking.

Path Found provides a variety of workshops, resources, and peer support in a safe space where unique strengths are recognized and leadership is encouraged.

Path Found helps to reduce isolation, fosters a sense of belonging and encourages survivors as they rebuild their lives.

For Survivors

We all have dreams and hopes for the future. Someone tried to take yours away. It’s time to reclaim yours and create the future you deserve.

Path Found provides the following to support you along the way;

  • Space to (re)discover dreams and goals

  • Workshops that will help you to develop skills to keep moving forward

  • A community of peers and leaders that will encourage you

  • Opportunities to explore how to use your lived experience in positive ways

  • Connections to resources

In order to become a member of Path Found, we will work with you to determine your stage of readiness. Take a look at the requirements and then fill out our quick form. We’ll have a conversation and then together, we will decide how to best proceed.

Want to join us? Complete this form and you will be contacted for an intake.

Service Providers

Are you working with survivors of human trafficking who are past the crisis stage and looking to move forward? Path Found may be an option to fill gaps in programs you offer.

We offer a safe, non-judgemental environment for survivors to continue their healing and move forward.

Path Found provides the following;

  • Space to (re)discover dreams and goals

  • Workshops to aid in skill development and encourage growth

  • A community of peers and leaders

  • Self-confidence and connectedness

Path Found is for survivors who are in the right stage of readiness. This means that their basic needs are met, they have exited their trafficking situation, and are ready to move forward.

Potential members of Path Found are required to meet certain criteria and so we ask that they complete this form. Once the form is submitted, we will schedule a conversation with the potential member, answer any questions they have and together we’ll determine next steps.

Path Found is possible thanks to the support of Public Safety Canada Contribution Program to Combat Serious and Organized Crime.
