Founded in 2011, Voice Found is a survivor-led Canadian charitable organization that educates individuals and organizations on how to identify, prevent, and respond to child sexual abuse and commercial sexual exploitation (sex trafficking). In Eastern Ontario, we deliver specialized programs and services to youth and adults who have been prostituted or seek to exit the sex trade but require targeted assistance. We proactively support the healing and recovery of survivors regardless of gender, age, ethnicity and legal status – across the continuum of care including socio-economic success from histories of sexual abuse and sexual exploitation.

Voice Found has experience significant growth since its founding in 2011. With growth comes change and we have identified the need for new board members to help us achieve our mission. Qualifications: President and Vice President roles require previous experience in a non-profit leadership role. Review the associated position descriptions for more information.

Student Summer Jobs

Thanks to financial support from Canada Summer Jobs 2016, we are happy to be able to offer 2 positions to eligible students for a period of 8 weeks this summer. These positions require that you be returning to school in the fall. Both positions require college/university level candidates.

Our mission is to reduce the social and economic impact of childhood sexual abuse and sexual exploitation. Through The Hope Found Project we provide, programs and services in Eastern Ontario for youth and adults who have been prostituted or seek to exit the sex trade but require targeted assistance.

A note about our workplace

We have strict safety and confidentiality protocols. You will be provided with comprehensive training and will not ever work alone with clients.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

We are looking for a Bilingual Marketing Specialist and a Youth Support Worker. You must be enrolled in a full time program and returning to school in the fall. Deadline for applications is June 15, 2016.
